Meatballs Dec162008 Ingredients 1 lb. ground beef 2 garlic cloves 2 tbs. parsley Salt and Pepper 1 egg 2 tbs. parmesan cheese 1 c. bread crumbs 1/2 c. water Directions Put ingredients into bowl and mix thoroughly. Make into equal size balls (I prefer five large meatballs) and drop into cooking spaghetti sauce. They can remain in there until dinner is ready to be served.
