2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. garlic
1/4 c. diced onion
1 c. tomato sauce
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 tbsp. tomato paste
In saucepan, saute garlic and onion until tender. Add seasonings and continue cooking. Stir in tomato sauce then paste. Simmer on low.
Makes 1 1/2 cups
