Homemade Chicken Soup Jan 29 2009 Ingredients Chicken breasts, chopped 4-6 cups water Chopped onion Garlic Celery Chicken bouillon (4-5 tsp) or chicken broth Carrots Additional vegetables Macaroni Grated cheese Directions Brown the chopped chicken breasts and place them in a pot. Add 4-6 cups of water along with the chopped onion, garlic, and celery. Season with chicken bouillon to taste (or swap a cup of water for chicken broth). Stir in the carrots and any other vegetables you like. Add macaroni just before serving and cook until tender. Finish with grated cheese on top. Categories chickenmeatsoups & salads
